Some loser, usually a middle-age caucasian male, who sits in his bathtub in a raincoat while listening to the Pirates of the Carribean soundtrack and playing with toy boats.
"Man of the sea, open up! I need to use the bathroom!"
"Can I stay in here?"
"What? Are you gay?"
"I'll promise not to look."
"Alright, but if you reach over, you better be touching the radio and not me."
