A favortite character created by the users of now dead Dysfunctional Family Circus.

Uncle Roy was described as Bil Keanes Black, Homosexual lover who frequently sells and abuses drugs, including cocaine, crack and prescription pills. He was belived to be a NAMBLA member who molested the children, impregnated Dolly and performed acts of bestiality.
