Fictional legendary character currently terrorizing the Laurentian mountains communities in the outer northern suburbs of Montreal canada

Apparently Four-fingers Pete has the following characteristics:

as Luca Magnotta's cellmate, he escaped Lacaza Penal Institution. He hacked off his own thumb with a hatchet and lost said thumb in a campfire. He is currently on the run in the Laurentian mountains north of Montreal canada and is hacking off campers' thumbs because he wants to find his own thumb.

If you happen to visit a campsite in the Laurentians and encounter someone who may look like Four-fingers Pete, please run, run far far away....but don't forget to call Stephen King afterwards.

( similar to HUAC under McCarthyism): stands for House Unpatriotic Speech Committee.

Just like HUAC under McCarthyism was designed to control politicians and individuals espousing un-American views, Husc needs to silence or deplatform politicians like Hasan Piker who don't differentiate between the 1st amendment and unpatriotic speech.
