to blooter is to hit something with considerable force. to be blootered can mean either (1)being hit hard or (2)being very drunk (usually the latter)

A chemical combination consisting of a woman's uteral lining and blood as a result of her period accompanied by intercourse. Often described as black gummy bears in folklore.
