A hardcore fan of the rap group Insane Clown Posse. A female fan will typically be referred to as a jugalette. This is an intensely devoted group of people. Commonly scoffed at, made fun of, judged and mocked, most juggalos and jugalettes just don't seem to give a f*ck and some may find that admirable. In my opinion, one of the things that makes this group interesting is the lack of pretense found often in music culture.
