This term can also be used in a variety of other situations but has been claimed by the blackpill subculture. This can be used to express solidarity and show empathy for someone's struggles while also trying to make it seem more upbeat and make the other individual feel more at ease.

discorporate

v. to leave one's body (more specifically, one's spirit leaving the limits of one's body, but not through death, rather through some type of spiritual realization). A verb that appears to have been made up by Frank Zappa, as notably discussed on his song "Absolutely Free" from the 1968 album "We're Only In It for the Money", and perhaps partly related to the real word "discorporation".
"Unbind your mind, there is no time, boin-n-n-n-n-n-g, to lick your stamps, and paste them in, discorporate, and we’ll begin" - Frank Zappa

when you've been out all night and all day to clubs or parties getting drunk or on drugs and you are really wrecked.

For example somebody who has been at revolver all weekend, hasn't eaten or drunk anything but drugs and alcohol.

Often used as a way to describe how "loose" or out of it you or someone else is.

It is the shortened term of the word weathered.
for example:

man i'm so weth..

look at (insert name), he's so weth
