You-go-I-go workouts are designed for two people.

Both people do the same exercise, e.g. press-ups, squats, etc. Your training partner does their repetitions then you do your repetitions (or vice-versa).

It can be done competitively, i.e. each person does as many reps as they can (going to failure) before stopping and the other person tries to beat that number of reps, this can be done for an agreed number of rounds or a single round. It can be done collaboratively, i.e. you do 10 reps then the other person does 10 reps until the number of total reps is complete.

This type of workout is designed to allow training side by side with the people who are important to you. What better way to bond than over a bunch of sweat!

city chicken

A food native to Pittsburgh/Western Pennsylvania in which cubes of pork and/or veal are put on a short, wooden skewer, breaded, then baked and/or fried.

I've heard that city chicken originated during the Great Depression, when folks didn't have enough money to buy full cuts of meat, so they assembled meat scraps on a wooden skewer, creating a make-shift drumstick. Hence the name.
