"You Cruise, You Lose". An internet meme started on a gay fitness and health web site, "RealJock.com"; it addresses the loser behavior of cruising public gym saunas and steam rooms (in particular) and inappropriate public sexual contact conducted primarily (but not exclusively) by homosexual men.

The meme itself is often posted as a rebuttal to threads made that endorse this inappropriate sexual behavior, along with a GIF or a JPG, or a text-styled hash tag, #YCYL.
