It is organization of people that meets on the west side of town to partake in the removal of clothing in a game like fashion with the spotting of yellow cars, police, and cars with missing headlights. This is a very exclusive organization, only the best of the best get in. Being in the WLPA also involves poker skills, the ability to wrestle, and frequent trips to meijers. Sex is involved also.
