Developed by a former U.S. Navy SEAL, the "wingo hour" is the act of drinking 2 shots and 1 beer in the span of 60 minutes. A common variation is the "wingo hour plus," the act of drinking 2 shots and 2 beers in the same time span. Both are popular on the D.C. happy hour circuit.
