A
mythological creature with a massive dorsal fin that runs the entire length of its body, flukes that propel it through the water with vertical movements like a whale, and two massive tusks jutting forward from either side of its lower jaw.
Revered by the Rivenese as a creature of immeasurable power and strength, the whark is also a symbolic representation of the will and
influence of Gehn, the self-proclaimed god of the Fifth Age. Countless whark tusks are used ceremoniously to flaunt Gehn's absolute
authority, and being dropped into a lake to be devoured by wharks was a common fate for those who incurred Gehn's wrath.
"Gehn must have killed thousands of wharks to have encircled the
entirety of Plateau Island with their tusks!"
"Don't summon the whark too
frequently without feeding it, or it's bound to get angry."
