One of the main villains in D&D which has became well-known in the famous Netflix show: “Stranger Things” as a monster in the Upside Down.

He has the ability to invade people’s mind and give them hallucinations, nightmares, headaches etc.
When he places his larger hand over someone’s face he can make them float before snapping their bones.

Person 1: Vecna seems scary.
Person 2: Yeah, he can snap your bones!
