A word for describing 'the day after tomorrow' because there is no such word.

A: How 'bout going to the club tomorrow?
B: Nah, I'm at my girlfriend's parents BBQ tomorrow. How 'bout ubertomorrow?
A: Yeah, That's mighty fine with me.
