a twatnado is someone who is overly annoying or unbearable to be around, no matter how quite it seems to be , deep down this person is really fuckin annoyin. No one likes a twatnado and if you are a twatnado well just know that majority of your friends don't like you at all, that's if you have any. Otherwise defined as a huge twat.
