A Toxy is usually really misunderstood yet still really sweet deep inside even though many can perceive them as mean. They always try their best but they tend to doubt themselves a lot. They're really understanding and always there to listen. They've a really attractive personality and they're also really loyal, they might need some time to open up but you should definitely give them some time and stick with them no matter what.
Person 1- ''WOW! Did you see that guy? His aura was majestic!
Person 2- ''Yeah I did, he was totally a Toxy!''

Foxy Toxy

The name given to an imaginary girlfriend/boyfriend, who is made up in order to avoid an awkward conversation between you and another person who wishes to ask you out, but whom you do not wish to go out with. The Foxy Toxy acts as a simple rejection tool, as the person who wished to ask you out then realises you already have a boyfriend or girlfriend, and doesn't ask you out - hence avoiding the awkward conversation. I mean, you could run away, too, but the Foxy Toxy is the best idea.
"Oh no! X is coming!"
"So?"
"He wants to ask me out, but I don't want to go out with him!"
"So?! Just make up a Foxy Toxy, and he'll get the message."

"She already has a boyfriend."
"Nah, she doesn't. She just has a Foxy Toxy."

Back when I lived in upstate new york

A meaningless, unimpressive, self-serving introduction. An indicator that the story about to be shared will be pointless and dumb.
Back when I lived in upstate new york, I also had to park on the street - on two occasions, we got enough snow, mixed with just the right plowing, that my car was lifted off the ground from so much snow being jammed underneath it.
