1. Doing things in an unorderly or non-sensical fashion.

2. Having a non caring or whatever attitude.

3. Essentially not giving a fuck about what your doing, feeling, etc.

David: Bro whats up with your project? It looks like shit!
Juan: I'm too tired to care.
David: Come on man, you can do everything all tangalanga like that.
