a term used in black magic which supposedly turns the person who it was said at into any animal the person thinks of!!!

Jack: Hello Elijah, how are you doing
Elijah: I am fine but I want a pet dog
Jack: "theefoon"
Elijjah: "woof,woof"(a dog now)
Jack: well atleast I have a pet dog hahahahahah!!!(walking elijah the dog)
