Although it exists mostly in a form of clouds(, hence the name Cloud) it can also be discovered in crystallized forms, for eg. SD cards and USB drives which anyone can dig up in their backyards. No individuals nor governments can claim ownership of the Intornet. It's a natural part of mother nature and it belongs to humanity and its future generations. Anything built on it will last forever.
