During the chase, they might wipe fingerprints, use hazard lights to signal to the police to move aside, lock the doors, and speed off. They might also film the chase to post on social media or share with friends, turning it into a viral video.
If caught, the driver risks prison time, losing their license, a long driving ban, or even causing a fatal accident.
