when you say something really stupid and someone says "That's a neck!" Ya might wanna say 'self serve', 'soft serve' or 'mirror'. Self serve is when you do it yourself, soft serve is a light slap in the neck and mirror is when you do it to the person who said "that's a neck". A neck is when you slap the shit out of their neck.

That's A Neck!!

When someone says something so stupid you can't beleive it and you totally reject the fact that they are a straight A student.

One day I was walking down the beach with some friends when one of them shouted, "Look at that dead bird!" Someone looked up at the sky and said, "Where?" <tHAT is a Neck!!!

My friend and I were eating our lunch in the cafeteria, when we overheard one of the assitant teachers talking about the sunburn she got on her weekend drive to the shore. She drove down in a convertible, but "didn't think she'd get sunburned because the car was moving." That's A Neck!!!
