teambait

The act of baiting a team member into doing something dangerous for you without them knowing, resulting in injury or death to that team member. The method is most commonly used by the least valuable player on a team, who is afraid to take the initiative and fight in situations that would risk them losing the fight.

Nick: "Jordan, run into this room here I think I saw some good gear."
Jordan: "Oh sure, why not!"

*Jordan runs into the room and is immediately killed by an enemy waiting in the corner of the room*
Jordan: "Damn it Nick, do you always need to teambait me!?!"
teambaited me again!
