can be used to describe almost any situation one may encounter in daily life

Person 1: "I cant believe he missed that lay-up."
Person 2: "STRONG JON HOWES!"

Person 1 reads through person 2's texts
Person 2: "STRONG JON HOWES!"

Person 1: "Wow, I (insert clumsy/silly action here)"
Person 2: "Strong Jon Howes!"
