To tell someone to wait there. Used mainley in Northern Ireland especially the towns.

Stall ball

When people are waiting on you, you stall for many hours and annoy those waiting.

"Dam bro, Shmonster is stallin pretty hard."

"Ya He said he would be here an over 3 hours ago. That kid has serious stall ball. "

"Dam bro, That gee bud kid is stallin hardcore."

"Dude come sit and relax bro, he is a staller baller he wont be here for at least 4 hours."
