Word used to used to express: amazement at a lack of logical thinking. Also used to express frustration (particularly when a process that should be easy is made difficult). Often used by the expat community in Korea based on a commercial which ended with “Korea Sparkling” and made no sense in English.
Person A: I went to the bank and it took an hour and half to transfer money.
Person B: That’s sparkling.
Person B: That’s sparkling.

Sparkle is the term used when wanting a vapor / E-cig product passed to you... as in the Pass Word for the vape is sparkle. When hearing the password you get one honorary hit and then you must pass the vape.
