a. When your smoking with a person/group of people and its your turn to hand the person the pipe/blunt. Instead of saying "here" or "take this" you say "snag it" or just "snag."

b. grabbing something from someone or for someone.

a. "Snag it man"
b. "Hey you want me to snag a 40 for you at the corner store?"
