An imaginary card given to a person after they let you take a shit at your house, valid for them to take a shit at your house as a way of repaying them for owning their toilet.

Sorry man I just violated your toilet, you def have one of my shit cards.

That motherfucker Chris takes a shit every time he comes over here he owes me like 50 shit cards.

An action offered to an asshole whose worthless opinion or request doesn't matter and/or is a waste of time.

Frank: Hey Bill, Dave over in Finance wants that report from last week so he can finish the proposal.

Bill: Tell Dave to come see me and I'll punch his Tough Shit Card.

Or:

Tell me again how much you hate it when your neighbor's dog craps in your yard and I'll Punch Your Tough Shit Card for you.
