Saran Sack
Noun.
(Medical Definition) An acute form of hyperhydrosis causing the scrotum to stick to one or both upper quadriceps due to excessive heat build-up in the groin region. Immediate treatment is usually accomplished with a gentle peeling action of the ball sack away from the upper thigh which provides immediate relief but is often accompanied by scorn, laughter, or ridicule. Clandestine manipulation through trouser pockets is recommended during social engagements.
