the most punnable last name of all time for several reasons:

1. all three syllables have vowels which may be extended ad infinitum for emphasis.
2. both the americanization and source pronunciation contain three common syllables/sounds in english.
3. there exists onomatopoeia with two of the three syllables in the Georgian pronunciation, the first being an animalistic snort with "rouk" and the second being a cat vomit-like sound with "khad".
4. every flagrant combination of two syllables taken from the set sounds like a semi-realistic word, e.g., rouze.

ROU-wee! Khad that have been a worse ze for the Roukhadze?!?

a word that solely exists for the purposes of making puns. two transliterations. six open syllables. all punnable. onomatopoeia too!

Roully think about it–khad ze amount of word play available with Roukhadze is khrazy. Rou khad to be a bit roukless though. Don't forget the guttural sounds rou can make!
