Specifically, the woman clenches in surprise trying to get up while the man suddenly pulls out - he ejaculates upward and flinches. The image is much like one of a man riding a trash can down a wintry street doing his best to hang on and avoid getting snow spray in his eyes.
While Jim was banging that fat girl from behind we all ran in the room and scared him. He jumped up and gizzed everywhere while she tried to buck him off; it looked like he was trying to ride a trash can down a snowy street.
