A Finnish term used to describe a manly, unattractive lesbian with short hair and a loud, aggressive attitude.

The term literally translates to "truck lesbian" in English, and some say it originates from how these masculine lesbians resemble male truck drivers.

Basically the same thing as being a butch lesbian.

Matthew: Have you seen Raija? She's cut her hair short, and she's got a leather jacket and everything now... Looks more like a man than a woman now.

Aku: I know, she's quite a rekkalesbo, always been...

Matthew: A what?

Aku: You know... "Truck lesbian".

Matthew: Ohh, I think I know what you mean... Yeah.
