To be beaten very badly at something, especially in such a fashion that you were behind from the start and never had a chance. Comes from the Boat Race, an annual rowing competition between Oxford and Cambridge, in which the first side to get ahead can move to the middle of the river (where the current is fastest) and is almost never overtaken thereafter.

When people judge you by your looks before they meet you and when they met you your totally the opposite of the stereotype of the race they thought you were. When everything you do or say is related to the race that is within you. When you feel like crap because you feel stuck in someone Elses body.

Race-baiting

The act of using individual example(s) of bad behavior to demonize an entire race or ethnic group and in order to gain the support of racists and/or bigots, most often in the context of politics and stoking racial hatred of minorities for political gain.

Implying that a violent criminal like Willie Horton is representative of most Black men is just race-baiting. You can't demonize an entire race based on the crimes of one individual!
