r/Minecraft

It is all about the game Minecraft. And no, terraria is not 2d Minecraft it is very different (looking at you 5-year-old Minecraft fans who hate Terraria). Minecraft is owned by Microsoft and the game and the community are great!
Steve: I'm gonna go on r/Minecraft again because I can.
Alex: Ok Steve I'll go mining for diamonds again

r/Minecraft

def:
Reddit community about the game "Minecraft". exists since 2009.

UD def:
a subreddit about Minecraft. very similar to 4chan - it's not that bad at first, then you dig deeper and see the terrible reality of this subreddit.

power tripping moderators, low effort posts getting 10k+ upvotes, high effort posts getting only mere 100 upvotes, posts/comments getting removed/locked for no reason, all the bad stuff exists here. EXPECT A DISAPPOINTING EXPLORATION.

"You have milked your girlfriend for enough karma." - never forget the 2022 power tripping moderator incident.
example 1:
A: *posts a nice house that took few weeks to build*
= THE NEXT DAY =
A: why the fuck a googleable question post has 14k upvotes and mine has only 200?

example 2:
B: *posts a decent build, slightly controversial but still good*
r/Minecraft mods: sorry dude but we find your post to be unsuitable, we need to remove your post and we are going to ban you for 2147483647 years for a made-up reason.
B: FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

example 3:
C: hey, I wanna find some communities that are interested in the game Minecraft. you know some?
D: I heard the subreddit r/Minecraft has many members and exists for a long time.
C: nope, I ain't falling for another community with power tripping mods that delete comments or posts for little to no reasons. I also know about the 2022 incident that happened there. and also, rule 33* of the internet.

*FYI, the original rule 33 stands for "Lurk more, it's never enough."
