PokéAIDS is a fan term used to refer to the Pokémon virus Pokérus.

A non-medical condition in which someone becomes so addicted to anything related to "Pokemon," and tries to pass along any and all information regarding it to their peers by any means necessary

Person 1: Hey man, what's up?

Person 2: Not much, I can't get Jerry to leave me alone with all his Pokemon crap, he keeps telling me how a snorlax can pull ten Pokemon.

Person 1: Sorry to hear that, I guess Jerry has Pokeaids.
