petaloso

Similar to the Chinese term Baizuo, petaloso is an Italian word meaning somebody obsessed by multiculturalism, immigrant rights, LGBTTQQIAAP, gender or political correctness, while ignoring mundane issues like unemployement, rule of law, poverty, social exclusion and so on. It can be mistaken for a caricature of far left, but sadly it is not. Such individuals are so concerned with virtue signaling and acting "right", to stop caring about important issues and coming out as extreme narcissists. Self hatred towards their race and culture is also common. A Petaloso is like a flower, so full of beautiful petals as empty and hollow inside.

A Petaloso can turn even the most moderate person into another Anders Breivik.
Petaloso: "Let them in! Refugees welcome! They deserve it after everything we did to their culture and their land!"

Sane human being: (Starts citing stats about immigrants crime, also about Mafia involvement in the refugees racket)

Petaloso: "Nazi! Fascist! Evil scumlord! TRIGGGERERRRRRREDDDDDDDDDDDD!"
