He doesnt play regularly he uses pencil grip.....

pencil grip

The grip used for jacking off when your dick hasn't fully grown. You take your thumb and index finger and lightly pinch, with your middle providing support, like you're holding a pencil.

I haven't got the length to jerk off nornally, so I just use the pencil grip.
