PBAR stands for Post Band Automatic Response. PBAR is a medical condition that’ affects current or past band members. The reactions include getting and screaming “set” after 3-2-1 is yelled, dropping everything your are doing when the snare part of the Caisson song is played, etc..

Someone screamed 3-2-1, early and I got set. My PBAR has messed with me today.
