Ken’s version of the Patriarchy is a bunch of strong men riding horses all day. When Ken eventually realizes that the Patriarchy is not about riding horses all day, he gave up the idea.

A unqualified white and/or male who was nevertheless hired but are blindly confident about his “skills” and has the audacity to refer other POC employees as “diversity hire”.
Brad: Well it is so unfair that she got the promotion. She is Asian and she is a woman, she can be their diversity hire. This political correctness is insane.

When a man pays for a women as a means of financial compensation for the women having to live in a patriarchal and oppressive society.
Thank god it was patriarchy pay day on my date with josh last night, he brought me dinner which is great because I had to spend $700 on a new IUD last week.
