A phrase originating in the Perkasie area of Bucks County during the 00's.

1) Someone is referred to being on their D.A. if they had been taking their good old time doing something else, usually highly unnecessary, when they had set up a meet with a person or group of individuals. The waiting party pronounces the lolligagger as having been on the D.A. if they consider their meet up to be of a more important purpose than what they're instead consuming their time with after 15 minutes to an hour of waiting.

2) A rendesvous being upheld by something trivial is accredited to the one on said D.A.

"where tf is p.w. he was supposed to meet us at club mcdonalds an hour ago."
"Idk just saw him at the Texaco with some girl."
"damn, on the D.A. again?"
"on the D.A. fersher."
