A non-technical term used by yoga instructors to describe the process of pointing your feet while flexing your toes - sort of the position of feet in very high-heel shoes or stiletto heels.

Here's a good warm up exercise: Lie on your back, stretch your foot toward the ceiling and floint your toes. Now do it with the other foot.
