Performing 5 or more tasks at the same time. Mega-tasking should not be attempted if you are an idiot.
I was working on an excel spreadsheet, writing a word document, taking on the phone, checking my email, eating lunch and drinking a soda at the same time... I was mega-tasking.

The process of attempting to multitask in which one task is important and the other is miscellaneous shit that does not matter and the miscellaneous/shit task diverts more attention, therefore resulting in absolutely no real work being accomplished.

What really happens when people attempt multi-tasking. The quality of every task is nearly cut in half usually leaving the quality to crapmanship. Half tasking is dangerous to your professional and personal life.
