An image or video which is so out-there that many, if not most, assume that it is fake, i.e. photoshopped.
Named for the spiral anomaly that appeared in the morning sky December 9, 2009 in northern Norway that lead to a myriad of claims that it was fake. It turned out to be a failed rocket launch.
