A girl that a guy talks to a lot. The girl and guy must also have a common, good understanding of one another. Finally the pair must both be aware of this relationship status. However, nothing can actually be occurring romantically.

Guy 1: Why are you talking to her all the time?

Guy 2: Oh her? She's just my nongirlfriend-girlfriend.

Guy 1: So you're not going to hit that?

Guy 2: Nope.
