Is a conjunction of a corn chip with cheese flavoring and represents a possesive noun. Sometimes referred to as a stolen or hot item.

An extra cheesy, sometimes spicy, and scrumpdiddlyumptious dish comprised of chips, cheese, salsa, any of the various types of peppers, and any other edible stuff you want to put on them.

Phew, those nachoz we just ate were spicy but also oh so scrumpdiddlyumptious.
