Monuesday /ˌmʌnˈu zdeɪ/ noun (informal)

A playful portmanteau of Monday and Tuesday, used to describe the challenging transition when Monday is a holiday, resulting in a Tuesday that carries the double workload of both days. It highlights the feeling that the early days of the week have blended together in intensity and mood, while acknowledging the positive trade-off of a four-day workweek.

In the United States, several holidays are governed by the Uniform Monday Holiday Act, which was specifically designed to ensure workers get three-day weekends (and, by extension, the inevitable Monuesday) including: Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Washington’s Birthday (Presidents' Day), Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Columbus Day (Indigenous Peoples' Day).
"Brent walked into the office looking like he’d run a marathon, muttering that he wasn't quite prepared for the Monuesday inbox explosion."

"Scott decided to skip the morning meeting, joking that his brain was still stuck on Sunday and wasn't ready to process a high-speed Monuesday."
