Milk chance

An event with a 2% chance of happening, or any event which is rare or unlikely to occur.

Can be shortened to just milk, which may also be used for anything that's 2%. See also: milk charge
Note to the reader: Anything less likely but still possible is skim, and nobody evens wants to deal with that; untouchable (in a bad sense).
