Someone who is really pretty, funny, smart, and loves anime. Makos tend to smile frequently and when they blush, you cannot help but smile back. Makos are somewhat quiet at first, but when you meet them, you'll never want to stop talking to them. If you ever meet a Mako, you're bound to fall in love with her and everything about her.

Mako is part of the lifestream, that is a good source of energy and is used by Shin-Ra corp.
This substance, after thousands of years, can harden, changing to materia, which is used as a magic source.
It is the complete opposite of Jenova Cells but can give the same effect if injecting or used on a person.
Vincent Valentine was fused with mako, according to Dirge of Cerberus. This fact was never mention in the original game.
