when you so faded you can't open your eyelids

she got so faded she was lid locked, she couldn't open her eyes to see her own name

Liplocked Gridlock

When traffic is stalled at a signal because people in the first car are too busy kissing to notice that the light ahs changed.

The people in the car in front of us was kissing at a stoplight and didn't notice that the light was green which caused a Liplocked Gridlock.
