A "landlady" is someone who owns or rents out property, providing space for others to live or work. The term, traditionally gendered, now refers to any person managing rental properties, regardless of gender.

sweet sweet land lady

A female landlord that eats, drinks, and parties with her tenants. She also gives discounted rent, helps clean her tenants apartment, and offers a shoulder to cry on. Otherwise known as SSLL.

After Brian's roommate screwed him over his Sweet Sweet Land Lady a.k.a. SSLL invited him to her place to drink her beer and bitch about what an asshole he was.
