A combination of a natch and a lady. Most often used to refer to a woman who wants to be a lady in the street and a freak in bed.

For example, "the other day, I wore a shirt that was very conservative and didn't show any skin. But I wore no bra. After all, I am a lady natch. I want to be a lady and a natch."

1.) A lady who distribuites nachos.
2.) A wonderful woman.

Bambi: Let's go buy some nachos from the Nacho Lady!
Milo: No, please, I don't care for nachos from the Nacho Lady.

Pandora: I envy that fabulous Nacho Lady.
Lucy: Are you serious? I wouldn't envy one of those women for a gazillion bucks!
