Komrade Kat refers to a feline pet, usually a cat, that is a great, obedient friend to a slav komrade. Super slav king Boris (not the politician, I mean the youtuber) has his own Komrade Kat that goes by the name of Anatoli. Komrade Kats are usually very cute and huggable, but they must be cared for properly.
"Come see how my komrade kat is defending the motherland! I think it is very cute!"
It has no fixed meaning on it's own, it is used to mean the Russian version of kkona to identify/celebrate/make fun of Russian and/or east European culture in the same way as kkona is for rural US culture - MG

FRIEND B (turning phone around): "no I was just using snapchat's new filter, see?"
